Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager-Technical to lead an AI-native headcount management platform at scale. You will own the product lifecycle, partner with engineering and UX, and translate complex data into clear narratives and executable roadmaps.

The role requires strong technical product experience, cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments while delivering high-impact features globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Owning the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management.
• Defining and driving Agentic AI capabilities — such as autonomous headcount workflows, intelligent decisioning, and multi-step AI-powered automation — into the product roadmap.
• Setting the direction for world-class user experience design.
• Business and product roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements.
• Preparing launch plans, determining release goals, and prioritizing features.
• Developing and using metrics to improve the business constantly.
• Working with global users to drive adoption.
• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate your own productivity — including drafting narratives, synthesizing customer research, analyzing data, and preparing executive communications faster and at higher quality.
