Job summary

You will partner with UX, engineering, Recruiting, Finance and HR teams to define capabilities, prioritize features, and drive adoption at global scale. Ideal candidates have strong technical product experience, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of delivering AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering end-to-end products.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and articulate strategy to management.
• Drive Agentic AI capabilities and autonomous headcount workflows into the roadmap.
• Define world-class user experience and plan feature releases.
