Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech for HR Experience Tech to own the horizontal intelligence layer across Agent Skills and Employee 360, shaping how AI-driven HR workflows operate at scale. You’ll lead governance, discovery, and production execution for a multi-product stack, partnering with HR operations, AI/ML teams, and domain experts.

This role drives end-to-end platform strategy and cross-platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management or related experience.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, ML scientists, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision for Agent Skills and governance across platforms.
• Define and scale the PXT skill catalog and governance standards.
• Lead Employee 360 strategy integrating 10+ AI workflows.
• Own MCP Gateway direction for data source onboarding and security.
• Drive intelligent routing and automated communications across HR domains.
• Lead cross-platform service design for Service Central convergence.
