Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the HR platforms used by HR professionals to respond to, manage, and resolve employee HR requests across all of Amazon. You will lead a team of PMs and UX Designers, working with 10+ partner teams to decide what gets built, validate it at scale, and ship it.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 6+ years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the HR platforms portfolio.
• Lead the platform convergence program, unifying legacy HR systems into a single platform while serving 19,000+ active users.
• Shape how AI is applied across the portfolio and build products that leverage it.
• Define and own success metrics reflecting employee experience, HR professional experience, and platform health.
• Manage a team of product managers across multiple product lines and develop PM talent.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across 10+ partner teams and manage priority shifts.
• Represent the portfolio in executive reviews and translate progress into business outcomes.
• Make high-judgment prioritization tradeoffs across platform convergence, AI, and global expansion.
