Job summary

TSC is seeking a Developer Experience & AI Enablement Lead to drive enterprise software development practices and secure AI-enabled development across multiple units. Location options include Aurora, CO; Arlington, VA; or Huntsville, AL.

You will own the governance, tooling, and roadmaps to safely integrate generative AI into the SDLC while coordinating with Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business leadership. A strong emphasis on collaboration and standards is required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in software engineering or DevSecOps with enterprise process enablement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives across teams or business units.
• Practical understanding of secure software development practices, vulnerability management, SBOMs, and evidence retention.
• Familiarity with enterprise developer tooling such as GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and artifact repositories.
• US Government contracting experience; ability to obtain and maintain SECRET DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise software development operating model and CI/CD practices across TSC units.
• Lead the roadmap for safely integrating generative AI and automated agents into the SDLC.
• Define standardized golden-path workflows, repo blueprints, branch-management practices, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Partner with engineering leaders to align implementations and drive adoption across teams.
• Translate cybersecurity policies, standards, and contractual requirements into engineering requirements and operating procedures.
• Coordinate secure development practices including code review, SAST/DAST, and SBOM management.
• Establish governance for open-source software and third-party dependencies.
• Lead AI usage guardrails with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Engineering.
• Define requirements for self-service infrastructure and automation for compliant repositories and pipelines.
