Job summary

Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Automation Test Engineer to drive automation strategy and AI-enabled testing across the QA team. You will guide migration from Selenium to Playwright, develop reusable patterns, and coach engineers on AI tools and workflows.

The role requires 8–10 years in automation, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with modern AI testing tools, API testing, and CI/CD. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

8–10 years related experience with 5+ years hands-on automation.
Experience leading automation teams and delivering customer commitments.
Hands-on with AI-enabled testing tools and AI adoption.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, API testing tools.
Strong programming in Java/JS/Python and CI/CD experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of senior automation engineers to deliver on time.
Drive AI enablement and tool adoption to improve testing speed.
Oversee migration from Selenium to Playwright and reusable patterns.
Coach engineers on AI prompts, framework design, and best practices.
Ensure clear communication of delivery status and deviations.
