Qualifications

8–10 years in software QA/automation, with 5+ years leading automation teams.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled testing tools and migration efforts.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and modern API testing tools.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver customer commitments on time.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of senior automation engineers to deliver high-quality results.
Own delivery of customer commitments and communicate deviations proactively.
Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve productivity and automation quality.
Establish reusable AI templates and migration strategies (Selenium to Playwright).
Modernize the Selenium automation suite and provide hands-on leadership across testing types.
Collaborate with product, DevOps, and stakeholders in a SAFe Agile environment.
Create documentation for automation standards and tool usage.
