Karsun Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Automation Test Engineer to lead AI-enabled testing initiatives across the QA team, including AI-assisted test generation, Selenium-to-Playwright migration, regression optimization, and failure triage. You will establish reusable prompt templates, coach senior engineers, and clearly explain AI tool choices while delivering on customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8–10 years of related experience with 5+ years in hands-on test automation.
• Proven experience leading automation teams and delivering on customer commitments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled testing tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver/Grid, Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, JUnit, TestNG.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman and REST Assured.
• Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience in SAFe Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive a team of senior automation engineers to deliver high-quality results.
• Own delivery of customer commitments and manage timelines and deviations.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools to improve productivity and automation quality.
• Establish reusable prompt templates and AI-assisted workflows.
• Modernize Selenium automation suite and migrate to Playwright with AI tools.
• Provide hands-on automation leadership across functional, integration, API, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze and improve the regression suite to reduce flaky tests and cycle times.
• Communicate clearly with customers on tool choices, migration strategy, and outcomes.
