Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiar with AI-native development tools and code assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems and multiagent tools.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Design post training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for open-source AI models.
• Implement and test architectures with benchmarking against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Lead AI native design processes for agent design requirements.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and assist IP filings.
• Conduct hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
