EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architects in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. This role focuses on scalable agent systems, authentication, observability, and tuning environments.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to deliver balanced and practical outcomes, while supporting strategic business development and IP filings. EY’s hybrid work model emphasizes flexibility and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI-native tools and code assistance.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Typescript and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI-native design processes and cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git hosting and collaboration tools.
• Experience with NVIDIA NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity/authentication at scale.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Create synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement architectures and benchmark performance.
