Job summary

Teamified is seeking an AI-first engineer to own the AI Coach and associated systems end-to-end. You will plan, build and ship with minimal supervision, using agentic coding tools and fast iterations.

You will lead backend (Python/FastAPI/PostgreSQL/AWS) and mobile/web delivery (React Native and React), while ensuring privacy, security, and high-quality UX across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Remote-first, with fast decision cycles and close collaboration with a non-technical founder.

Qualifications

• Shipping LLM-based products to production with prompt architecture and retrieval
• Strong backend engineering with Python, FastAPI, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS
• Solid React Native and React skills for iOS/Android and web
• Daily use of agentic coding tools with good judgment
• Product sensibility with focus on mobile/web UX and copy
• Self-sufficient operator with strong written communication to non-technical founder
• Care with sensitive data: privacy, security and access controls

Responsibilities

• Own AI Coach backend and frontend delivery end-to-end
• Plan, approve and deliver with the founder, shipping frequent releases
• Translate technical decisions into plain language for clinical team
• Ensure safety and crisis handling per clinical/legal guardrails
• Build evaluation harnesses and test against scenario suites
• Manage release engineering, monitoring, backups and rollback
