Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Sr. Mobile Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of user-facing features across our web and mobile experiences. This hands-on role requires quickly understanding unfamiliar codebases and turning complexity into reliable, production-ready systems.

You will collaborate with backend, product, and design teams, embrace agentic AI tools as multipliers, and ship features rapidly with strong testing and performance focus in a fully remote, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile engineering delivering native apps on Android and iOS.
• Expertise in Kotlin and Swift with modern UI toolkits.
• Experience publishing apps on Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and architectures.
• Agentic AI proficiency in writing and reviewing infrastructure code and automation.

Responsibilities
