Rnb Consultancy is hiring two applied AI engineers for a fully remote, US-based team. You will own AI features built on foundation models, create agent experiences for coaches and members, and build pipelines integrating familiar work tools.

Expect a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with strong ownership and collaboration across design and coaching teams. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years as a full-stack engineer, production AI experience, an AI-assisted coding workflow, and comfort

Qualifications

• 8–10 years as a full-stack engineer with strong product instincts.
• AI and data features live in production, used by real people. Applied AI in a product, not ML research or data engineering.
• An AI-assisted coding workflow you've deliberately sharpened, with validation and automation built in.
• Solid server-side and web experience; you switch stacks without drama.
• Startup DNA: high ownership, fine with ambiguity, driven by the mission.
• You can take someone through a past project, explain each technical decision clearly, and say what you'd change.

Responsibilities

• New AI features built on foundation models, from zero, designed to adapt, be reused and grow.
• Agent experiences that turn what coaches know and how they work into something members genuinely use.
• Pipelines and integrations with the work and learning tools people already rely on.
• Shipping often, making the trade-offs, and helping colleagues get better at AI and data.
