Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing AI Agent Control systems. You will drive architecture for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments while advancing capabilities for federated learning and anomaly detection.

You’ll collaborate across AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams and contribute to IP filings while presenting at conferences. A strong leadership track and hands-on coding are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Typescript and Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding AI Native design principles and methods.
• Experience with cryptographic identity/auth methods and modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Develop post-training and customization environments.
• Create synthesis models for open-source AI models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against AI and human evals.
• Build comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Research new agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams to balance outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts to build universal agentic control harnesses.
