Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. You will shape architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments while driving AI-native development across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a deep background in AI and software engineering, with hands-on development of advanced capabilities and collaboration with security, data, and infra groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and modern secrets management.
• Experience with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting and modern software languages like Python, Go, Rust, Java.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent use.
• Architect agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Lead post training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement architectures and benchmark performance.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native processes.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts building universal agentic control harnesses.
