Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to spearhead a team of domain experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. This role centers on building a universal agentic control harness and advancing post-training environments.

You will drive architectures for identity/auth, tool usage, and anomaly detection, collaborating across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure to deliver scalable AI solutions in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Familiar with AI-native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent systems and tooling.
• Define architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post training and tuning environments.
• Create synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Lead a team building universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
