Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architect experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. This role focuses on agent authentication, persistence, execution environment control, policy, multiagent API and anomaly detection, with governance across telemetry and security logging.

The candidate will drive post-training environments and federated learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Proficient with AI native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub.
• Familiar with Python, Bash, Typescript; Go/Rust/Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity/auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent setups.
• Architect agent identity and authentication in large-scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures; benchmark against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent designs via AI-native processes.
• Research emerging authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic biz development for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at conferences and assist IP filings.
• Lead hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in universal agentic control harnesses.
