Job summary

You will shape architectures for agent identity, authentication, and post-training environments, while driving experimentation and collaboration across AI, security, and infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, leadership of a high-caliber team, and contribution to IP through conferences and filings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required. Ten+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and cryptographic identity methods.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent environments.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale systems.
• Develop post-training and tuning environments for agent models.
• Benchmark architectures against AI/eval tests and refine performance.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra experts to deliver balanced outcomes.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
