Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to lead a team of domain architect experts in designing and implementing AI Agent Control. This role requires building agent control including tool usage, state management, execution environment control, policy definition and multiagent API design.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, while mentoring engineers and supporting strategic business development in emerging

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in relevant engineering/science fields.
• 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistance.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design of control harness intelligence systems including multiagent systems and associated tools and scaffolding.
• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent enterprise systems.
• Design of post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design of synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure to ensure balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
