Job summary

Kaseya is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to build and lead a new ART capability within its Business Applications Team. The role focuses on creating robust PI planning, dependency management, and cross-team alignment to deliver a scalable SAFe implementation.

The position requires strong Agile leadership, hands-on coaching, and proven success in establishing RTE practices in growing organizations.

Qualifications

Experience building an RTE capability in an org where it did not exist.
Strong technical literacy in software delivery systems, CI/CD, and engineering constraints.
Familiarity with SAFe and PI Planning; able to align backlog with architecture and product.
Proven ability to guide multiple teams and manage cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

Establish the RTE role and practice; build buy-in with engineering leads, product managers, and senior leadership.
Own dependency management; map, visualize, and resolve cross-team dependencies in tooling.
Coach teams on sprint ceremonies; drive improvements in retrospectives and team-of-teams syncs.
Lead ART governance; facilitate ART Sync, System Demos, and ensure backlog readiness.
Track delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement rather than reporting only.
