Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join our Business Applications team. This newly created role will build the ART capability from the ground up, integrating with engineering, product, and leadership to drive predictable delivery in our Lead-to-Cash platform transformation.

You'll establish ceremonies, manage dependencies, coach Scrum Masters, and align backlog with strategy, metrics, and SAFe practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification; PMP or SAFe RTE is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery leadership; 3+ years as RTE or equivalent ART-level facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Establish the RTE role and practice, gaining buy-in across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Stand up PI Planning where it does not exist and retrofit cadence where needed.
• Own dependency management; map, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies in tooling.
• Coach Scrum Masters and teams; design retrospectives, I&A workshops, and team-of-teams syncs.
• Lead ongoing ART leadership; facilitate ART Sync, System Demos, and ensure backlog readiness.
