Job summary

Kaseya Limited in Miami, FL is hiring a Release Train Engineer to lead the new ART within our Business Applications Team. You will establish the RTE function, drive PI Planning, and coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, and leadership to ensure predictable delivery of our Lead-to-Cash initiatives.

The role requires deep SAFe expertise, strong communication, and hands-on use of Jira/Azure DevOps to create visibility and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building or operating an ART in SAFe at scale.
• Strong leadership and communication across engineering, product, and leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tooling and dashboards.
• Certified SAFe RTE or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish RTE role and practice; set up PI Planning and cadences.
• Own dependency management and risk tracking across multiple teams.
• Coach Scrum Masters; improve ceremonies and value delivery flow.
• Lead ART Sync, System Demos, and backlog readiness with PMs.
