Job summary

MGT Insurance seeks an Agentic Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent systems that reason, plan, and execute complex insurance workflows. You will lead hands-on AI engineering, technical leadership, and strategic automation across engineering, data science, and product teams.

This role emphasizes architecture, testing, and governance, with a focus on regulatory compliance and explainability, while enabling scalable, autonomous operations for modern commercial P&C insurance

Qualifications

• Experience designing autonomous AI agent systems.
• Proficiency with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude).
• Strong software engineering background in Python/TypeScript and AI deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of multi-agent systems using LLMs and vector databases.
• Develop reasoning, planning, and decision-making capabilities for insurance workflows.
