Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems for insurance workflows. You will build AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, and document understanding at enterprise scale, driving real impact for brokers and underwriters.

You will own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers while advancing platform capabilities and best practices in AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of software engineering/AI experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered products end-to-end, from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to automate insurance workflows.
• Build AI-powered apps using LLMs, RAG, document processing, and agent-based architectures.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for testing, monitoring, and hallucination detection in production.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote modern AI development practices.
