You will own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, collaborating with brokers, underwriters, and operations to translate challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. Strong Python and LLM/RAG expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Software Engineering, AI/ML or related fields.
• Strong Python proficiency with end-to-end AI product delivery.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, document processing and agent-based workflows.
• Cloud platform experience with Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and secure data handling.
• Experience with API design, system design, and full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions for insurance workflows.
• Build AI-powered apps using LLMs, RAG, document processing and agent architectures.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks for testing, monitoring and reliability.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and operations to identify AI opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and advance AI development practices.
