Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced software/AI engineer to design and deploy production-grade Agentic AI solutions for insurance workflows.

You will build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and document understanding at enterprise scale, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and operations to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, and mentor teams while advancing platform

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of software engineering/AI experience with relevant degree.
• Proven end-to-end AI product delivery from concept to production.
• Strong Python and cloud-native development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions automating insurance workflows.
• Build AI-powered apps with LLMs, RAG, document processing and classification.
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for testing, performance, and hallucination detection.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and operations to identify scalable AI opportunities.
