Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing structural analysis using ANSYS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee structural analyses for Fan, LPC, and HPC components across military and commercial programs.
• Lead redesign and producibility improvement activities for cold-section hardware and support quality initiatives.
• Coach and review work of less-experienced engineers to maintain technical quality.
• Serve on cross-functional teams, driving root-cause investigations and technical resolutions.
• Document analyses and present results to IPTs, CIPTs, management, customers and stakeholders.
