Qualifications

• Must have: Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Must have: 8 years of engineering experience or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Must have: Experience with a FEA software or 3D modeling software.
• Must have: Ability to obtain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine assembly equipment for development and production of advanced aircraft engines.
• Collaborate with design, project, process, assembly and test engineers.
• Perform strength analyses using FEA methods and report findings.
• Create detailed engineering reports and present design reviews to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers in structural engineering skills.
• Travel up to 10%.
