Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services or related field preferred.
• Excellent technical research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet and income statement per GAAP.
• Monitor consolidation process and intercompany account balancing.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Support audits and SOX compliance activities.
• Assist with system enhancements and IT collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and controls.
