Job summary

Axon is seeking an Accounting Operations Sr. Analyst to help deliver accurate monthly close, GL consolidation, and intercompany eliminations. You will collaborate across Controllership, FP&A, and IT to strengthen controls and analytics in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Based in the U.S. with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue-Fri, remote Mon), you will support OneStream rollout, prepare journal entries, and drive process improvements while upholding SOX controls and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience with GL consolidation strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with flux and variance analysis experience.
• Experience with consolidation tools such as OneStream or HFM is a plus.
• Strong intercompany accounting knowledge in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including GL consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Perform in-depth analysis of operating expenses, spotting trends and variances.
• Prepare flux analysis over P/L and Balance Sheet with cross-functional partners.
• Support OneStream rollout, including data validation and process design.
• Record journal entries for consolidations and eliminations; strengthen internal controls.
• Identify process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
• Assist audits with documentation, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses.
