Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with tools and strong mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience in mechanical repair, carpentry, construction, remodeling, maintenance, or electrical work.
• Ability to plan and complete installations, read technical instructions, and work safely and independently.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Clear communication, compassion for customers, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to learn new products and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential accessibility projects and installs.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair patient lifts, stairlifts, and other equipment.
• Assess project needs, estimate parts, materials, and labor.
• Complete safe, high-quality work following specs and standards.
• Document estimates, measurements, photos, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, caregivers, and coworkers.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and work areas; assist with warehouse needs.
• Collaborate with other technicians and participate in cross-training.
