Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair durable medical equipment and home accessibility devices.
- Perform residential and commercial installations and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify repair solutions.
- Prepare estimates, communicate parts requirements and labor needs to customers and Coordinator team.
- Maintain documentation of work performed, service activities, repairs, installations, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Ensure safety, manufacturer specifications, and HIPAA compliance.
