Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with tools and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience in mechanical repair, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or electrical work.
• Ability to plan and complete installations, read technical instructions, and work safely and independently.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead home modification installations such as grab bars, bathroom upgrades, ramps, decks, and rails.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair patient lifts, stairlifts, and related equipment.
• Estimate parts, materials, and labor for projects.
• Document estimates, measurements, photos, repairs, and recommendations for coordination team.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and work areas; assist with warehouse and facility needs.
