This role leads a high-energy team, drives membership growth, and delivers exceptional client experiences. You’ll build a culture of accountability, recruit top talent, and partner with ownership on strategic initiatives to scale the business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, or similar client-focused environments.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong sales instincts with experience in membership, retail, or consultative sales.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
