Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales-focused experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or supporting a team preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio, review the day’s goals with the team, and maintain a positive, focused environment.
• Coach and support the team, monitor performance, and help solve problems.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure smooth day-one integration.
• Lead by example or cover when the Studio Manager is off-site to keep operations running smoothly.
• Close up the studio at end of day, celebrate wins, and prep for tomorrow.
