PrizePicks is seeking a Lead 3D Designer to drive the 3D language across product and marketing. You will lead the 3D discipline with craft, shaping brand moments and collaborating with Art Directors and Product teams.

You will integrate AI workflows to accelerate ideation, balance hand-built and AI-assisted work, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality assets on tight timelines. This is a leadership-focused, fast-moving role for a sports-forward brand.

Competenze

• 5+ years of 3D design experience with a portfolio across characters, environments, and objects.
• Strong command of Blender or Cinema 4D/Maya and a rendering engine like Octane or Redshift.
• Comfort integrating AI tools into a creative pipeline.
• Sports, streetwear, or hip-hop culture fluency in your work.
