Job summary

Huge is seeking a Motion Design Lead to join the Creative Craft team. You will bridge traditional 2D motion with advanced 3D environments, leveraging AI tools to push storytelling boundaries across broadcast, web, branded content, and immersive experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept, storyboard, design, and animate high-fidelity content, shaping motion strategy and production pipelines while maintaining brand consistency and cutting-edge craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of motion design experience with advanced 3D workflows.
• Strong portfolio of motion graphics and high-fidelity 3D VFX in advertising and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience integrating AI tools into production pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with digital, web, advertising, and video teams to align motion design with campaign goals.
• Integrate AI workflows to rapidly iterate mood boards and style frames.
• Create high-end motion graphics, 3D assets, and cinematic environments for broadcast, web, and immersive experiences.
• Develop look development, lighting, texturing, modeling, and rendering for premium aesthetics across 3D deliverables.
• Pitch concepts and communicate strategy to stakeholders; elevate ideas to final outputs.
• Stay ahead of trends like real-time rendering, spatial design, and AI-assisted workflows.
