Job summary

PrizePicks is seeking a Lead 3D Designer to spearhead our 3D language across product and marketing. You’ll build characters, environments, and objects that feel native to the PrizePicks brand, guiding briefs, reviews, and delivery with craft.

You’ll collaborate with Art Directors and Product teams, push 3D + AI workflows, and mentor teammates. We value speed, risk-taking, and a deep love for sports culture in everything you create.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of 3D design experience with a portfolio across character, environment, and object design.
• Strong command of Blender, Cinema 4D, and Maya; rendering with Octane or Redshift.
• Comfort integrating AI tools into a creative pipeline; sports, streetwear, or hip-hop culture fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build 3D characters, environments, and objects for brand campaigns, product moments, and cultural activations.
• Translate 2D concepts and mood boards into fully realized 3D executions.
• Own the render quality bar – lighting, materials, composition – from first pass to final delivery.
• Push AI+3D workflows and explore real-time rendering to speed ideation and execution.
