TH Experiential is seeking a Director/Senior 3D Spatial Design Lead to shape the future of physical brand experiences. You will define the creative vision for high-value RFP responses and upfront pitches, guiding the design-to-production process.

You’ll architect immersive environments for large-scale exhibitions, retail pop-ups, and experiential activations, translating concepts into buildable realities with detailed 3D models, renderings, and fabrication-ready plans.

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years in experiential marketing, set design, or environmental design.
• Strong portfolio of immersive environments and activations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop RFP proposals and pitches with spatial concepts.
• Translate briefs into fabrication-ready spatial designs including floorplans and elevations.
• Create 3D models and high-fidelity renderings for client presentations.
• Oversee fabrication, vendor relations, and site installations.
• Collaborate with creative directors and production teams.
