THE·TEAM, a global experiential agency headquartered in Brooklyn, seeks an experienced 3D Associate Director for its Creative Department. We are a rapidly growing team delivering immersive experiences for iconic brands, with a portfolio spanning sports, fashion and entertainment.

This full-time role is remote in the United States, requiring collaboration with design leads, production, and account teams to elevate every client project.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates ability to create evocative environments via sketches, fully rendered 3D models, and detailed production drawings.
• Adaptive design eye and skill.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
• Ability to translate feedback from senior creatives into finished designs and collateral.
• Ensure production files are properly built and meet project parameters.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and deadline-driven.
• 8+ years of environmental, exhibit, installation design agency experience in the Experiential Sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and translate ideas into powerful 3D design across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams, production, and account leads.
• Create and oversee materials for client campaigns; liaise with third-party vendors.
• Present work internally; justify creative decisions and incorporate feedback.
• Stay abreast of design trends, technologies, and software to enhance capabilities.
