THE TEAM is seeking a 3D Associate Director to join its Creative Department in a remote role across the United States. You will oversee environmental design projects from concept to final execution, coordinating with design leads and vendors to deliver immersive experiences for iconic brands.

You will manage multiple campaigns, translate feedback into high-quality designs, and stay ahead of design trends and software. A strong portfolio and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of environmental, exhibit, installation design agency experience in the Experiential Sector.
• Portfolio demonstrating fresh, evocative environments with sketches, fully rendered 3D models, and detailed production drawings.
• Experience as a 3D Designer with technical know-how.
• Ability to lay out complex environments.
• Adaptive design eye and skill.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
• Ability to translate feedback from senior creatives into finished designs and collateral.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects from concept through final execution.
• Create and oversee materials for campaigns, liaising with vendors and maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate on timelines to include 3D design deliverables in the project schedule.
• Present work internally and incorporate feedback.
• Produce 3D renderings, production drawings, elevations, and material studies.
• Attend brainstorms and translate ideas into meaningful design with teams.
• Communicate on client calls to ensure top-quality output.
• Ensure production files are correctly built per project parameters.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and software to enhance capability.
