Job summary

TH Experiential in the United States is seeking a Senior 3D Spatial Design Lead to shape physical brand experiences. You will direct design-to-production, define the creative vision for high-value RFPs and upfront pitches, and lead cross‑functional teams with the CCO and Senior Art Director.

You will create immersive environments for large-scale exhibits, retail pop-ups, and experiential activations, translating concepts into buildable plans, 3D models, renderings, and fabrication-ready

Qualifications

• 2–6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, set design, or environmental design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of building materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing immersive environments, experiential activations, or similar projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).
• Knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney and Flora).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation
• Experience working with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on RFP development by crafting spatial proposal responses and aligning with client goals.
• Translate briefs into actionable, fabrication-ready spatial designs with floorplans and elevations.
• Develop concepts and visuals through sketching, floor plans, elevations, 3D modeling, and renderings.
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D.
• Design 3D experiences including attendee journeys and value engineering for all touchpoints.
• Map consumer flow for events and spaces.
• Manage fabrication and print vendor relations, troubleshooting and negotiations.
• Review material finishes and QC creative execution.
• Create decor and graphics packages for live programs including signage planning.
• Collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure feasibility and budget adherence.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations for accuracy and execution.
• Post-event learnings and integration into future projects.
