Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for the Plant 5 Ti-Cast operation on the 2nd shift in Whitehall, MI. The role directs the manufacturing workforce to meet quality and efficiency targets, while maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to union contract constraints.

The supervisor will coordinate daily activities, plan staffing, monitor production metrics, and liaise with planning, management, and shop floor teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

• Supervises an effective team, plans meetings, conducts performance appraisals and manages staffing.
• Provides feedback and documents disciplinary actions as needed.

• Resolves operational issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Promotes EHS and continuous improvement initiatives and culture.
