Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
• Plan and conduct meetings, manage staffing, vacations, overtime, and leaves.
• Provide feedback, training, and mentoring to Supervisors.
• Ensure EHS rules are known, understood, and followed; promote continuous improvement.
