Job summary

You will lead the maintenance departments, develop priorities, and drive safety, reliability and cost efficiency in a high-precision manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement while coordinating with management, union officials, and contractors to achieve plant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in leadership for facilities/maintenance
• High School Diploma with 10+ years supervisory experience in facilities/maintenance
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering departments.
• Drive asset utilization and minimize downtime using TPM and Lean initiatives.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance with plant policies.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and capital expenditure; monitor progress toward objectives.
• Coordinate with union officials and subcontractors; balance priorities across the plant.
• Foster continuous improvement and development of department staff.
