GE Aerospace seeks a Lead Manufacturing Specialist for the 2nd shift in Peebles, United States. You will own both quality assurance and quality control, guiding manufacturing steps, inspections, and conformance activities to ensure product integrity.

The role combines execution with problem solving, requiring strong communication, teamwork, and project management. You will work with cross-functional teams and mentor new teammates while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or a high school diploma with 4+ years in Manufacturing and Production Quality.
• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing and Production Quality with demonstrated process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Second shift Tuesday-Friday 4-10.
• Owns both quality assurance and quality control across products, services, and processes.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and applies policy/strategy.
• Collaborates with other teams to understand how work integrates within the area.
• Mentors and provides informal guidance to new team members.
