GE Aerospace in Vermont is seeking a Business Quality Leader to head a team of quality engineers and drive QA/QC across the manufacturing, inspection, and supplier interfaces. You will mentor staff, coordinate with programs, engineering, and customers, and push for continuous improvement in quality processes.

The role requires a strong machining and inspection background, proficiency with APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP, and Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years Quality & Quality Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Quality & Quality Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Owns both quality assurance and quality control across products and manufacturing processes.
• Leads a team of quality engineers, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
• Interprets challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Drives corrective and preventive actions for quality escapes and ensures robust investigations.
• Reviews First Article Inspections and CID implementations; owns Operator Verification Plan.
