Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics assembly environments.
• This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and set objectives for self and others to meet goals.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and related documentation.
• Design fixtures and tooling to manufacture electronic assemblies.
• Support equipment upgrades from purchase through installation.
• Lead cost/benefit analyses for process changes and equipment.
• Assist supervision in root-cause corrective actions and improvements.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve process capability and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional quality sessions and corrective actions.
