The position requires a Bachelors in STEM, strong knowledge of ISO9000 / AS9100, and experience with product life cycles from development through delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate across programs and with suppliers to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in STEM or related field or equivalent experience/education.
• Strong understanding of ISO9000 / AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with product life cycles from development through delivery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Quality Engineers on the 2nd Shift applying quality principles across design, materials, production, and testing.
• Performs technical evaluations of requirements, specs, drawings, and procedures.
• Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on quality issues.
