Job summary

Qualifications

• Visual and mechanical inspections from blueprints with precision and measuring tools.
• Basic electrical training and leak/pressure testing certifications when required.
• Documentation and MDR completion according to quality requirements.
• Cross-training within the department and mentoring coworkers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work beyond standard shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections from blueprints or specifications.
• Perform hot water leak testing and pressure testing as required.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed documentation and archival per quality standards.
• Cross-train within the department and mentor teammates.
